Dr. Ingrid is a pelvic health physical therapist, mentor, and educator helping to navigate patients and professionals on pelvic health issues.

Dr. Ingrid Williams PT, DPT, WCS (she/her/hers)
Dr. Ingrid has been an outstanding leader in both patient care and education in the field of pelvic health physical therapy for over a decade. In 2010 she graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Chapman University in Orange County, California. She has been a Women’s Health Board Certified Clinical Specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties since 2016, and a recipient of the Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic Health Physical Therapy awarded in 2014. From 2017-2021, Ingrid served as director, mentor, and leadership team member of an accredited Women’s Health Physical Therapy Residency Program in Palo Alto, California. From 2019-2021 serving a two-year term item writing for the Specialization Academy of Content Experts, women’s health board certification examination. She holds active memberships in the American Physical Therapy Association Academy of Pelvic Health, International Pelvic Pain Society, and the International Society for Sexual Medicine. Ingrid has complex knowledge in dealing with pelvic health diagnoses related to bladder and bowel conditions, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, prenatal and postpartum care, and transgender services. Ingrid strongly believes in the work she does and feels that physical therapy for pelvic health conditions is a vital component for patients to regain confidence, advance physical and mental health, and to significantly improve one’s quality of life.
